Expert Witness
I have
been practising as an Expert Witness for nearly 30 years.
During that time I have completed over 3000 reports.
I have written 130 reports in the last 12 months.
I have attended Bond Solon courses on Report Writing, Single
Joint Expert, Medical Negligence and Civil Procedure,
including Part 35.
I was recently the claimant’s Expert in a Clinical
Negligence matter, settled out-of-court for over £ 200,000.

Having practiced as a consultant ENT surgeon for over 30
years, I have extensive experience in all types of ENT
surgery, so my medicolegal practice includes personal injury
matters affecting the ears, nose and throat, many cases of
noise-induced deafness, but my speciality is Clinical
Negligence, where it involves ear surgery.
I have appeared in Court three times this year.
My base is
Spire Little Aston Hospital, Sutton Coldfield,
but I can examine clients at any Spire Hospital.
